Shipping 

We ship world wide! Further down you can read more about how we ship within Sweden, in Europe and internationally: 

Sweden 

Free shipping and free return within Sweden with DHL Service Point. 

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been sent. You will receive an SMS or e-mail when the package has been delivered to your nearest DHL service point. 

In Sweden, we normally have a delivery time of 1-3 working days. 

Europe 

In Europe, a delivery cost of 6 EURO will be charged. Your delivery is sent with UPS. 

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been shipped. Your order will be delivered to the door at your chosen delivery address. 

In Europe, we normally have a delivery time of 2–5 working days. 

International 

Outside Europe, a delivery cost of 20 EURO will be charged. Your delivery is sent with UPS. 

Your order is sent with delivery term DDU, any customs fees / import taxes and VAT is paid by the customer. 

You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been shipped. Your order will be delivered to the door at your chosen delivery address. 

Outside Europe, we normally have a delivery time of 5-7 working days. 

Returns 

We offer a 14-day right of return. The right only applies if the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when it was received. 

Please fill out the enclosed return form. 

Once we have received and accepted your return, we will refund you via Klarna. 

Sweden 

Within Sweden, we offer free return shipping. Use the enclosed return shipping label to return your order. 

Europe / International 

Outside Sweden, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. Please contact us if you need any help sending back your return. 

If you are returning outside of Europe. Please contact us at info@eoe-eyewear.com  and we will help you with export documentation. 

The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Exchanges 

EOE Eyewear can not administrate exchanges, if you want to change product or color, please return your order as described above and place a new order. 

Complaints 

In the event of receiving a defective product or broken package please contact us at info@eoe-eyewear.com no later than 10 days after you have received your order. Describe the defect and attach pictures when applicable. 

 Approved complaints are replaced with a new product or a refund. We are of course responsible for shipping costs in the event of incorrect deliveries and approved complaints. In all complaints, an investigation is made of the product. 

Uncollected packages 

For packages that have not been collected, a fee of 20 EURO will be charged to cover our shipping and handling costs. If you regret your purchase, you must always collect it and return it as per above instructions. 

Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. 

Buy glasses with correction 

It is not possible to order glasses or sunglasses with correction lenses on our website. However, you are welcome to visit our Flagship Store at Mäster Samuelsgatan 10 in Stockholm, where we can also aid with perscription lenses.  

Our products are available at any of our retailers. Find your nearest retailer under our "Retailers" page. 

 Return policy for glasses with correction 

We do not offer any returns on glasses or sunglasses with correction, due to the product being altered with lenses made for your specific needs.
