GÁJNAJ is a chunky square frame crafted from biodegradable acetate and recycled Swedish steel. The front and end-tips feature inlays of sustainably and ethically sourced reindeer antler.
First time the town of Kalix (known as Gájnaj in Luleå Sámi) is mentioned is during the late 1400s. The area is mostly famous for the Kalix Löjrom (caviar of Kalix), due to the specific proerties in the water which has over time shaped the taste of the caviar.
