Shipping
We ship worldwide!
Sweden
Delivery within Sweden is from 39 SEK. You can choose between Postnord, Budbee, or Instabox for your delivery service.
You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been sent. You will receive an text message or e-mail when the package has been delivered to your nearest service point our your home adress.
In Sweden, we normally have a delivery time of 1-3 working days.
Europe
In Europe, a delivery fee of 6 EURO will apply. Your order will be shipped with DHL or UPS to the nearest pickup point. In some countries, we also offer Budbee and Instabox as alternative delivery options. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been shipped.
In Europe, we normally have a delivery time of 2–6 working days.
International
Outside Europe, a delivery fee of 22 EURO will be charged. Your delivery will be sent with UPS or DHL to the nearest pickup point.
Your order is sent with delivery term DDU, any customs fees / import taxes and VAT is paid by the customer. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order has been shipped.
Outside Europe, we normally have a delivery time of 5-7 working days.
Returns
We offer a 14-day right of return. The right only applies if the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when it was received.
We always include a return label, and if it is used, a fee of 49 SEK/5 EUR (the cost of shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
Once we have received and accepted your return, we will refund you via your chosen payment method.
If we are missing the return label, please contact us at info@eoe-eyewear.com and we'll assist you in arranging a new one.
Sweden / Europe / International
Use the enclosed return shipping label to return your order, a fee of 49 SEK/5 EUR (the cost of shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
If you are in need of a new return label, don't hesitate to contact our support at info@eoe-eyewear.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Exchanges
EOE Eyewear can not administrate exchanges, if you want to change product or color, please return your order as described above and place a new order.
Complaints
In the event of receiving a defective product or broken package please contact us at info@eoe-eyewear.com no later than 10 days after you have received your order. Describe the defect and attach pictures when applicable. Approved complaints are replaced with a new product or a refund. We are of course responsible for shipping costs in the event of incorrect deliveries and approved complaints. In all complaints, an investigation is made of the sunglasses / glasses.
Uncollected packages
For packages that have not been collected, a fee of 49 SEK/5 EURO will be charged to cover our shipping and handling costs. If you regret your purchase, you must always collect it and return it as per above instructions.
Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.
