Shipping

We ship worldwide!

Sweden:
Delivery within Sweden starts at 49 SEK. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been dispatched. Additionally, you will be notified via text message or email when the package has been delivered to your nearest service point or your home address.
For Sweden, the typical delivery time is 1–3 working days.

Europe:
A delivery fee of 6 EUR applies for orders within Europe. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
In Europe, the typical delivery time is 2–6 working days.

International:
For orders outside Europe, a delivery fee of 22 EUR will be charged.
Your order will be shipped under the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) term, meaning any customs fees, import taxes, and VAT will be covered by the company. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
The usual delivery time outside Europe is 5–7 working days.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. The right of return applies only if the product and its original packaging are returned in the same condition as when it was received.

A return label is always included in your package. If used, a fee of 49 SEK/5 EUR (shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and accept your return, we will process your refund via your chosen payment method.

If you are missing the return label, please contact us at info@eoe-eyewear.com, and we will assist you in arranging a new one.

Return Process:

  • For Sweden / Europe / International: Use the enclosed return shipping label. A fee of 49 SEK/5 EUR (shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you require a new return label, don’t hesitate to contact our support at info@eoe-eyewear.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Exchanges

EOE Eyewear cannot process exchanges. If you wish to change a product or color, please return your order as outlined above and place a new order.

Complaints

If you receive a defective product or damaged packaging, please contact us at info@eoe-eyewear.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Kindly describe the defect and attach pictures if applicable. Approved complaints will result in either a replacement product or a refund. Shipping costs for incorrect deliveries or approved complaints will, of course, be covered by us. Each complaint is subject to an investigation of the sunglasses/glasses.

Uncollected Packages

A fee of 49 SEK/5 EUR will be charged for uncollected packages to cover our shipping and handling costs. If you regret your purchase, you must still collect the package and return it as per the above instructions.

Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act.
