JUKTÅN is a light square frame crafted from Swedish recycled steel and biodegradable acetate. The temples feature a pattern depicting a mountain range, and the end-tips have inlays of sustainably and ethically sourced reindeer antler. The sunglasses have bio-nylon lenses that provide 100% protection from UVA, UVB, and UVC rays.
Being one of Umeåälvenä's larger tributaries, Juktån hosts a few key points of regional civilization. Among those is a steel truss bridge, constructed for the Inland Line (Inlandsbanan). A testament to the aspiration of a living country, despite the wast distances.
